Accommodation
Our Austrian style summer villa with modern facilities is arranged over 2 floors, sleeping up to eight.
The cottage’s outside space includes a decked BBQ area, and the garden contains fruit tress and wine producing vines.
The first floor consists of a new shower room, master bedroom, twin bedroom and bunk bedroom. The master bedroom doors open on to a balcony that overlooks the beautiful Prekmurje countryside. Unlike many Slovenian properties it is fully enclosed with a gate to the front and fencing to the rear garden (great for kids).
Location
Situated in the Goričko Nature Park in the North East region of Slovenia called Prekmurje, our alpine style two storey cottage offers very comfortable accommodation in a tranquil setting, but just 5km away from Prekmurje’s largest town, Murska Sobota.
Bodonci Meadows is just 5km from Terme 3000, a huge leisure complex that includes a 18 hole golf course; 22 indoor and outdoor pools of various depths and temperatures. There are slides, saunas and Jacuzzis. Various health and beauty treatments are available. There is lots of indoor and outdoor space to relax in. It is open all year round and is good for all ages.
The cottage is a perfect base to explore the region, by cycling through the many pretty villages, taking in the sights of the area which has been named ‘The sleeping beauty of Slovenia’. Another advantage of choosing the Prekmurje region is its proximity to 3 other countries; Austria, Hungary and Croatia are within striking distance.

Facilities include: TV with English, German and Slovenian channels; DVD and Video player (including a selection of movies in both formats). Mini stereo system with Radio and CD. Board games, including chess.

The safe, fenced garden has lots of room to run around in. There are trees to climb and a swing to play on. We provide a football, boule set, a superb frizbee and a badminton set.
